Forged 4e lumpy idle, any ideas??

My car idles lumpy, the revs go up and down by themselves, brand new icv on it, its also takes a few seconds to start sometimes. Im thinking it could be something to do with the wax stat in the throttle body but wanted to see if anyone else had any ideas before i take it apart.

It doesnt do it all the time, sometimes it will sit on 1k rpm just fine. I think the timing is fine mate haha.

My brother had this and it was vac leak. His idles spot on now.

Also make sure there isn't any electrical load on the engine.
