Flynn Posted July 14, 2015 Share Posted July 14, 2015 Any ideas how I can get a cheap aftermarket steering wheel off without snapping the steering rack? I've basically got it down to taking off the nut in the centre so you can see the spline thing with the jagged edge but even with the wheel back on for leverage it ain't budging?? JDMfreak Posted July 14, 2015 Share Posted July 14, 2015 I've had a same issue was stuck solid got a small gas torche heated the splines up while steering wheel was removed from boss kit and gave it a few taps with a rubber mallet around the back edge and it shifted Quote Link to post Share on other sites
