Ep82 gt turbo outer door lower plastic trim

Hello lads,

Does anyone know how to get the plastic trim off on the door, passenger side, (the bit where looking at the car) says GT Turbo on the lower part of the door, mine has bent out in one place but can't see how they come off.

Take the door card off inside the door, there are clips holding it in. Theres a bracket aswell i think. Been a long time since i took any off mind.

there is a double sided rubber piece which is in the middle, bitch to take off
