Juddering when pulling away

Recommended Posts

Funny enough had my box off today to change release bearing and noticed the splined hub on friction plate is loose and it's doing the same as you describe. Juddering taking off. Ya could be looking at a new clutch. Is there any noise when your driving ?

No cant hear any noise when driving. It seems to be better if you give a bit more revs on take off and then the judder seems to go away. Only does it when pulling away in 1st gear

Check engine/gearbox mounts.

I'll try have a look next time I'm off :)
