olidaviesuk
Gap them every 5000 or so though as they will be slightly more suseptable than iridium to the gap opening up over time... Copper plugs all the way!
patman
Wow just reading this Colin, I got iridium in mine payed about bloody nearly 40 quid for mine and your telling me the ngk ones at 12 quid will just do a good of a job aswell? Anything under 1bar? Just for future reference?
Stu
BKR7e will handle quite a bit of boost - I run them in most of the engine setups I build and have seen 20+psi with them without any issues as long as the tune is good. Have run 8's on higher boost setups. As mentioned above, just check them every now and then. Its good practice to read the plugs anyway Edited January 13, 2016 by Stu

Anything under 1bar? Just for future reference? the copper plugs handle high boost...way more than 1 bar i have seen ngk bkr7e and bkr8e used in excess 1 bar and up to 20/22psi without any problems in 4e/5e engines save some money...just get copper next time in a different car, i've seen them handle 2+ bar with meth and race gas Edited January 14, 2016 by gorganl2000
