rob_bower Posted March 4, 2016 Posted March 4, 2016 A reminder is usually issued and emailed out by the software (with most emails it ends up in spam or junk folders) when it sets up the renewal invoice it's only when that expires that the issue arises as it has to be manually re-set. It's an ongoing problem that I can assure you is as frustrating for you as it is us. I'll message socks and ask him to reset it ASAP. Cheers Rob Quote
