Anyone have any links to an online service manual for ep91 turbo.. Need tourque settings for head bolts and general head gasket replacement info! Cheers lads

So stage one is first turn then stage two is second turn and third is a 90 degree turn ?

Yes mate but let's just see what others post first to be on the safe side here, don't forget to do it in the right sequence, NOT tightened them 1-10

cheers mate I'm dreading the thoughts of doing the head gasket it seems daunting to say the least! Just the timing is confusing me a tad

you can get the hayes manual for the rolla 4efe al torques are in there

make sure the threads are clean

torque to 22nm ( untill the wrench clicks

then 44

now you use tipex and mark every bolt at 12 oclock now you can ad your 1/4 turn to them and look at the headbolts if there facing passo side
