Cut what the nipple ? So there wouldn't be a bend ?

I dunno .... I do want a civic rad but the bottom hose gets in way of screamer and there expensive , all I've gotta do is get this nipple moved, I could bend the fins in on the rad where its touching to give me room to get a pipe on n then put reflective tape on the rad

What about heating the nipple up n bending it while its soft?

Ye ill ask my dad about doing that but will I have enough room to do that with the rad still on ? N should I try to turn it first with a little effort to see if it moves

What circlip lee ? And maybe my turbo is a bit bigger on the cold side housing or something ? Or my rad don't sit the best or something......can ya get a pic of what you mean But if I rotate the hosting then ill have to mod my intercooler pipe again !!?

Hey lads, as most of ya know I'm td04'd now and because its rotated the nipple on the turbo where the boost controller pipe goes is touching against the radiator , no chance of gettin a pipe on because the rad will be pushing on it so will split can you not just turn the nipple ? Ill get a pic to show you all but its the only problem I've got and all will be well, thanks a lot !!

I had one on my ct9 hybrid set up and it was fine but it wouldn't hold boost at high revs

Cheers sacha , what so that nipple won't just turn on its own ? N this is kit is good as a ref I suppose to prove its std rad friendly.....

Its finally in !! Blood sweat n beers n its finally there , propa tight fit with the standard rad but its in just about, only problem is the nipple on the turbo is touching the rad n only just enought room to get the boost controller pipes on, can you turn the nipple on the turbo or not ? Also gonna wack some reflective tape on the water hose at the top .....what else you suggest I need to do, not fired it up yet just chargin battery for tomorrow n gotta fit the avcr.....I'm happy though

best do! lol maybe 0.8-0.9 bar? mike mentioned the other day he had an ep there tryin to make over 250bhp at just a bar so sounds decent! wonder what figure yours will be lee, what you got on there again?
