Spec first I'm running bc coilovers nearly wound down all the way, 195 45 15 toyos on 15" buddyclub alloys 6.5j there is still about 3/4 between tyre and arch and dampening is set to about 24 clicks. When I was going round the ring and cornering to hard would make the tyres rub the arch ? Should I change spring preload ? And don't say raise it up lol I see a lot lower cars cornering without rubbing so must be a solution

Havnt tried Toyota no because normally everything is priced like it's made from gold lol so thought I would try here first

I am after the bottom part of the timing belt cover for 5e unless a 4e one fits as mine has a hole in it

Are they any alloy 3/4 rads out there rather then half size ? I want as big as rad as possible but double thickness. A full size double thickness rad won't fit as it will hit the turbo so can I get 3/4 one ? Can I modify another one just move one of the rad hose points over

It's been running fine all the way home not a problem doesn't get over 98 ? Lol but water does seem to be dissapearing from the coolant bottle. Didn't have charger at the time but got it sorted for way home but needle didn't move for the 4 hour trip home

Was temp gauge, basically first time round made it a whole lap and as I stopped gauge went to 3/4 and kept climbing, turned heaters on and they were cold but then it fixed itself after about 10 minutes and now every now and again the gauge will rise past 3/4 then just drop back to middle ? The needle never even use to move past middle, I can check temp through ecu but tablet died.

Yes astra estate has v6 in it ! Yes Abbot lovely place and wicked drive down to the ring managed 2 laps but having intermittent overheating problems so couldn't really go for more coilovers definitely need setting up and brakes worked but really easy to lock up !

Well the clock was reading 160 but need gps for the way back see how accurate it was, was with my mate who was off the clock in his mk3 astra c20let 450hp

Yes took 7 and a half hours lol a lot of long straight motorways and had a good top speed run on the autobahn !

Well finally a good update ! Got the car back together and working finishing at 11pm last night and having to drive 100 miles back home and getting up at half 4 for work this morning ! Turns out after messing around with the wastegate and blanking it off it wasn't the problem. So only thing left was the timing, turns the marks previously used were wrong ! Got me replacement bc shock on so the car is now riding much better and not lowered on spring preload ! After 3 attempts on the calipers sealing got another replacement caliper and so far so good ! Coil packs all bolted down ! And d

Is there anyone that has a 38mm bolted external wategate I can buy I need it by Thursday, desperately! as suppose to be taking car to nurburgring Friday but cars not really making boost and putting it down to the wastegate that bounced down the road

Was OK nothing to special, I like it as it's fairly local so always pop down there not been as busy on the last 2 though. Think there's another end of August
