Well cars come back seems like the problem was the whole combination of turbo mani and downpipe all being so close to the rad and the turbo being water cooled. It was just superheating everything and it couldn't cool it down ! Had a new downpipe made and just waiting to get new rad setup in (triple core half rad ) and removed water lines to turbo, then going to have it mapped again as pretty sure the old downpipe was leaking like a siv !

Think it's sorted lowered the boost duty cycle by 12%

Anyone one on here know how to turn the boost down on an ecumaster ecu ? Can't get to my tuner and it's over boosting due to fitting new external as previous was leaking.

Could be,it was mated to my zisco td04 downpipe

To be honest I have no idea what headbolts are in my engine if there standard then converting to arp bolts should solve it

I just read it's not that staright forward re-drillinf block and head to suit m10 studs also machining out head to fit 12mm socket surely arp bolts can take 1.7bar ?

You had any luck finding a centre cap ? They use domed ones, wonder if there's any from other wheels that fits
