as above ,puts me off my concentration when im rocking like a baby in my seat fecking annoying ? any info for a quick fix ?

my idle is 500 rpm once warmed up ,im used to the usual 900rpm -is this normal and healthy ? or is there something more sinister lurking in the shadows ?

im trying this on sunday , but staying away from using chemicals in there because i heard it can damage certain seals and stuff in an around there so not worth the risk water will suffice for me !!

Any one got to the bottom of this mind does it Don't tell me a "thread digger"?

IVE GOT lacquer peel on my rota lips , would it be advisable to wet sand lower to higher grades then polish with autosol !! ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
