I touched in the scratch with a black hAlfords touch up pen you cannot tell unless you look real close only. Did it this way incase it happens again so why get it re sprayed just yet? Still piss'd off hard but shit happens if I caught them i would have battered them lol

Have people noticed: When you have a clean shining Glanza people try hardest not to look? But when the cars dirty you get more attention and compliments and you always have to say it ain't even cleaned yet to the person admiring the car! You can't win either way!

I say over priced cuz I pay the proper prices and igf is way more expensive! I don't trust eBay or amazon but mine from a local sports nutrition shop Always make sure the seal on the inner lid are glued all around shut as heard of some people emptying them using a straw lifting the seal puttin nesquick and re sealing So becareful just being helpful

Tried that stuff very over priced in comparison. It's good aswell but not if you have a very fast metabolism then you will not put on mass or get bigger you need carbs too! You will just rip up more...

Just got out the house lierally 10 mins ago had an instinct, just to check my black Glanza and guess what lucky I went... Realised someone scratched my rear passenger quarter and I feel so angry inside its unreal so so sad... Why???? For f*ck sake man!!! So angry it's like a deep 10 inch one gone through the primer but thin like its been keyed Lot of people on here too been having thefts lately on their cars lights being robbed etc

Usn anabolic protein shake you will see big gains I got 17 inch arms and am tall 30 waist weigh 11 stone but ripped... Looking like I'm 12 1/2 stone. I have tried many but usn anabolic go get that and it tastes amazing normally blend a banana in the shake and get chocolate. Eat something 30 mins after when u finish gym or drink your protein... Eat plenty of Tuna ! But sleep n plenty of water is very important.
