Turbos are well easy to fit on these don't let a turbo make you sell it as said they don't take any longer then a couple hours to change

All one colour always looks better just my opinion though so it's Upto you how you make your at

Yea mate it is :/ that's why I heat wrapped the wastegate pipe hopefully that will stop it getting hot enough to melt threw

Started putting the turbo kit on today have done most of it now just waiting on 2 parts before I can fire it up

It will be bolted on Tomos but won't be running till last few little bits are here

Had a few little parcels turn up this week ready to td04 it nearly just waiting on braided fuel lines and few other little bits

That manifold is well weird

The hrf looks a lot better on yours then my mates glanza it was off lush car

I used the subframe off the Ibiza and welded it Upto the polo as the Ibiza Cupra uses same subframe as the mk3 golf, also the gearbox mount was just made up from a 6n mount and Cupra mount, I did start a thread on here building it then got it running 212bhp drove it for a while and stripped it for another project also instead of cutting the wiring up I put the Cupra dash in the polo and the full loom and just wired it into the light switches etc so much easier then bodging a loom

6n2's don't tend to rust due to galvanised shell, I've done a 1.8t 6n swap Aswell from a Ibiza Cupra R and its a nightmare to work on as there's very minimal room to do anything in the engine bay
