Yep all 4-8 engines fit straight in it, just gotta swap all my auxcillerys onto it, been on mlr and theres hundreds of threads about it being fine, only need the newer ecu if you want it mapped

Na not yet gonna get ecu and turbo and injectors off a 6 once its up and running

Something inside rubbed against the oil pump housing then blocked the oil ways for pump and seized it solid which snapped the belt so it was fucked from day i got it pretty much and was waiting to let go

Just spent nearlly 300 with camskill on gaskets, seals, plugs, water pump etc then bought oil for engine, box transfer box and diffs from opie oils And order this as cheap as chips

Just a stock 6 engine has 60k on it, the company have fitted new balance belt and cambelt kit, 3 months warrenty on it Im ordering aload of gaskets and tart up parts when home tonight

So ordered the new engine thats gonna be here thursday, hoping the old engine will be out wednesday night

Im shore its a mix and match of a few ct turbos but definitly looks like its weaping oil

Am i right in thinking you have just torqued the bolts after refitting the sump 24hours ago?

if its getting you into debt and your not enjoying it then having it on the road a while may make you feel better but after a while you will want to break it for parts again, been there done it, tried to enjoy it again but just dont happen, for the cost of money you get breaking a glanza as you have already said theres alot more that you could buy to replace it

Would not bother waisting your money on that lol

give it a full service, get a nice size turbo kit, and the fuelling parts and a ecu and get it mapped up to 300bhp

Ticking noise sounds like a normal 4e and the other noise sounds like a bearing in the auxileray area whining

Yea i knew the law hence taking him down the legal route, he was gonna fit the new engine but told him i will be doin it as dont trust a word he says Hopefully when knew engines in it will be spot on

Check wiring to starter is not corroded just had another person with a starlet have a similer issue and he just cleaned all the terminals up

This car has been a nightmare to say the least, the garage said it has no warrenty as import so went to trading standerds and went the official route he had till yesterday to sort it before it went further, up untill wednesday he was not offering anything then all of a suddern offer some money back for a new 4 engine but after a few more little arguements its now cominh back tuesday to have a 8 engine fitted and paid for by them, so touch woid i get it back on the road soon
