Another tuning d td04 manifold cracked looking for a replacment what do u guys think ? Need a strong relieable manifold for td04 with v band waste gate port also have a double core long rad so needs to fit inside that..

Put new therm in and shes spot on now weird because hot air was coming through before

It gets hot and starts shooting out the top hot air coming through and fan still hasnt come in weird one

I checked the fan it works fine il take the therm out and test it in hot and cold water and see but i thought the fan would still kick in it the temp goes to high ? Thats whats confusing me its not kicking in even when i change both switches

My car will over heat to 3 quarters of the way up fan doesnt kick in and the cap will be streaming and bubbling shoting out the top if u have the cap off ? I have changed both temp n fan switches but fan still wont kick in but th car shouldnt be bubbling and throwing water out the top hot air comes through the heaters aswell anyone help ??
