I would go : free breathing rocker setup complete engine gasket kit port and polished head, (by a pro) (valve guide seat reprofiled etc etc mostly on exhaust side) supertech oversized valves Billet cams 265degree 9mm lift titanium retainers stock valve springs(new) valves lapped in nicely. chemically cleaned head skimmed 1mm ish steel headgasket (athena/toyota/ECC) straight block (not decked) 74.5mm CP pistons/JE pistons/Wiesco Pistons (fullyfloating pins) Scat rods (dont see any need to pay for carrillo or pauter as the scats are proven in high rev 4e/5e applications. ACL bearings Billet end caps if you can have some made (check with malteasers) polished crank, knife-edged and balanced baffled sump Blitz Active or ORC triple plate clutch and lightened flywheel. everyone will have differing opinions depend on whether its a road/hillclimb/track/drag setup.
