Managed to find the wire colors out WHITE: FUSEBOX RED-BLUE: ECU/FUSEBOX YELLOW-BLUE: IN CAR/BLUE PLUG

When I took mine off, about 4" below the sensor someone had cut it for some reason ans just wrapped it back together lol Has never gave me any problems thoo, map sensor gone now not needed for me

Couldn't see one on there so was a bit confused, i'll have another look tmoro. That would be great mate, cheers

Hi, Need to know what each of the wires on the alternator plug are. I know one will be ignition switch, fuse block? and not to sure of the other? If someone could let me know would be great. Nik

Okay good stuff, I saw one of the wire on the plug goes into the blue plug inside the car so I left it and didn't cut it out. As i'm stripping all the engine loom out the car and leaving the car harness in e.g starter motor, alternator, wiper motor.

21 and been going gym for about a year and a half now practically everyday, started doing strength days now incorporating all heavy compound exercises. Started of deadlifting 100kg, then over about a period of about a month am doing 150kg so happy about that. Also since doing it my bench press has gotten a lot stronger and can now do close grip for triceps for 100kg Key is consistency and diet and resting good
