Yeah I was gonna change the oil and seat what happens. Any recommendations of what oil to use guys?

Driving normally my car is usually fine.. When I'm really giving it a bit it's harder to get into gear and after if been fully going then back off, the gearbox is really really stiff and doesn't wanna go into gear.. After a minute or two normal driving its fine again, weird! Any ideas? Thanks

Yeah I seen spax, they're pretty cheap like £112 or something! How much you reckon I could get 2nd hand coilovers for? Gonna take ages to pay 700+ for a new set
