Ive got one in the sales mate
-
Yeh i know this man gonna get it rolling roaded. Thing with glanzas is they are light so hard to work out the power compared to other cars that have been roaded.

Anyone had mapping down at Engine Tuners in plymouth?

Always good to hear! What spec and figures did you get bud? -
This is true, but the numbers are based on the large number of other starlets. I know i change loads haha, this is why i dont want to be disappointed when i map her. Already bought the fpr, ecu, ebc and fuel pump now lol. Ill get it rolling road and see what i think
-
Nope, should do really
-
Yeh man i know its not ALL about the figures, but everyone still loves them. For me its alot about the money . I reckon it drives great atm just want a bit more. But if im Gonna spend £500 to get 10 or so hp doesnt seem worth it when i love the way it is already lol
-
Yeh the spools awesome. Tbf id be happy with 220 in a tf035 on a good safe map
-
Is that mapped mate? Seems td04 makes more power then at similar boost levels? Cant see the tf making up the 18hp difference over an extra 0.1bar boost
-
It drives pretty well atm on the standard ecu 0.7bar boost set on a manual boost controller. Fuells spot on on my aem wideband and pulls reall well. I just dont want to waste the mapping for a small end figure in a way
-
I take it a td04 is more than that on the same boost? So little people have used a tf035 its hard to find any info
-
1-1.1 bar max is 1.2bar so ive read
-
Does look good bud!!! I use 10w-40 part synthetic, supposedly its better for older engines. Sure someone else will have a bit more info
-
So mappings round the corner and i am aiming for 230bhp... Spec is Zisco ramhorn manifold and down pipe to jperformance 2.5 exhaust heatwrapped Tial external wastegate Tf035 turbo Standard engine To fit: emanage blue TD Fuel pressure reg Walbro fuel pump Blitz ebc I chose the tf035 over a td04 as it was never really my plan to map it. And prefered the quicker spool. Now im mapping im concerned it wont make the figures i wont. Am i wrong in thinking the 35 will make similar power as a 04 but cant run as much boost? Should i swap it out for a td04?
-
Bit off topic, what is the accepted max torque figure for a standard 4efte then?
-
R.e the harnesses on the strut brace. Strut braces arent really meant for mounting harnesses. Not sure how a strut brace would hold up in a accident etc. lots of stuff on the net about where to mount harnesses
