  1. With that still on my steering wheel was stupidly stiff. But indicators dont cancel anymore
  2. Yeh you have to take that off. Then have to sort out a live that can rotate with the wheel
  3. Noise disappeared for a day and now has got worse. Seems about 2,000rpm the knock,knock,knock starts then goes away with a bit more speed. Noise is alot louder when steering with revs. Also sometimes the steering wheel pulls against me? Kinda worried about this

  14. the fault code will be stored unless the ecu or battery has been unplugged. I would do that before worrying about fueliing

  16. sounds like an ignition fault, similar to mine too. Does the check engine light come on?

  18. When you reach 0.5 bar what happens? Does the car stop like you've slammed on the breaks or just seems to misfire and splutter a bit? Would help rule put fuel cut, the way you described it doesnt sound like it to me

  20. I had a similar problem. How long ago were the plugs changed? I changed plugs and ht leads and it turned out to be a bare wire from the ecu earthing itself. Check for any splits in the wiring up by the ignition coil on the bulk head where the king lead plugs into
  21. doesn't sound like fuel cut if its jumping? My experience of fuel cut is like hitting a brick wall and stopping. Does it appear to misfire when you reach 0.5bar?
