really depends on how much you want to spend, and really what your going to use the car for..trackwork/everyday etc etc... IMHO coilovers are the best your going to get in terms of handling performance, but for a decent set your going to have to pay 600+ quid for them, and for everyday road use, not very practical. Noramally very hard ride, and prone to bursting on our uneven/bumpy uk roads. You can use lowering springs on standard shocks, thats the cheapest way to go about doing it. It will handle better than standard, and give the car a more agressive look/stance. But wont be as good as springs on uprated shocks For a nice handling, everyday road car, i personally think your best bet, is an uprated shock/spring combo. A good popular choice is RS*are springs on Kayaba SR shocks..But theres many more out there!

I think flux have the 2year/over 19 rule now so you won't be able to use them

Truvelo camera's are the only fixed ones that can catch you front on, as they have an infra-red flash..Gatso's can only catch you from behind

just dye your original carpet, seen loads of people do it, get on ebay and just get some black dye, mix it up, and spray it on.

ah didn't know you were in ireland. message the AFR plot to muffleman on here / afr tuning on tgtt and he will tell you whats what with it from a professional point of view. he may know some decent places in ireland. let us know if you get it sorted

i would get it sorted asap. mate otherwise you may bugger you engine... at 4.5 k, your running ~13.8:1 on boost, which is pretty damn dangerous, thats bascailly what non turbos run... also it looks pretty laggy...0.85bar by 4k cant by right for that tub can it? but its a nice smooth boost curve tho. Sorry if im sounding harsh, but you may end up doing some serious damage, either get your current mapper to sort it (not that i would totally trust them after that afr plot) or get it done else where. Where abouts are you located mate? may be able to give you some pointers on where to go regarding doing something yourself to sort it, theres not alot you can do unless you have a wideband/det cans etc, but it defo needs more fuel in it, on boost + higher up the revs, and less fuel low down. well, on idle your afrs are in the 10's which is well off, you should be around the high 14's mid 15s mark, same as when cruising... You want to be aiming for 14/15 idle, mid to high 11's on boost, and somewhere in the middle when coming on boost.. On idle yours is in the 10's which is well off, and when on boost its very very lean...

fuelling looks well off to me matey...is that what it was like after it was mapped?

SAFC = Super Air Flow Converter...basically, its a simple fuel controller that modifys the signal from the map sensor to make the car run richer or leaner..you can run one without an uprated pump/reg, and you can also remove fuel cut with it, if tuned corectly AVCR is a boost controller made by Apexi (who also make a SAFC)

theres loads you can paint...but first id give the bay a good clean...bag up the electrics/battery/filter etc, spray the whole think in muck off, and then jetwash it, do that a couple of times, and it will be nice and clean.. re. painting this, skys the limit, but the classic is, head cover, rad brackets, fusebox cover and inlet mani..can also do dizzy cap, strut brace ends etc. etc.
