Thats your fuel return line it goes back to the tank

Got some earlier, be a nice addition to the car

I'll double check that actually I'm not too sure on that one...fuelling was 100% put in 55 and did 700km so around 35-40 mpg
No havnt had. Wideband on, will take it to an exhaust centre for an emissions check and see if they can show afr results aswel , base timing is 10 degrees btdc
-
I'll try it
-
Yeah all standard
-
Seems to be sparking fine, like it will run once it firsts after priming the cylinder with fuel or a spray of east start with fuel pump disconnected...it's wrecking my head here

My ep70 conversion was running perfectly on Saturday did a 700km round trip without any hiccups , now when I try start it it won't start , if I crank it over for a few seconds and unplug injectors it'll start and then when I plug injectors back in it'll run fine, it just doesn't want to start , plugs are soaked when I take them out
Tried a different coolant temp sensor and didn't adjust timing this few weeks when it was running perfect
Anyone any ideas?

A glanza tank will fit with a bit of persuasion

Check rocker cover gasket , I thought my cam seal was leaking but it was coming out between rocker cover and head

If you've a wiring diagram you can cross the terminals at the ecu to check for codes using a wee led bulb that'll flash for you
-
Nice work chris, you bringing this to cork?
-
I'd take braided oil feed line and actuator👍🏻
-
Sounds like a dizzy problem lad, had same issue
-
Get an led bulb and see if you've power to coil
-
Yeah fired straight away, it'd be handy to have a spare coil and igniter on hand to try those if dizzy doesn't fix it
-
Yes was the distributer not sending a signal to the coil to ignite
-
Get them in Toyota only about 9 for the 4

Yes did everything by the book to make sure it was right , only started doing this a few days ago

Finished my 5efte conversion, engine was running fine the other day drove it out of garage to wash it and left it idling in the drive, then it cut out and wouldn't start at all, left it sit for few hours and tried again still nothing....
Pushed back into shed and left it for the night, came out and jumped it next morning and she started first turn, I switched it off and tried to start it again and wouldn't start, plugs soaked in fuel , it does have spark aswel which is strange...
About and hour later I jumped it again and i was cranking it over for about 30 seconds and she eventually started to splutter and it ran like shit for about 5 seconds and then started running fine...switched off tried to start again and wouldn't start again....
Engine was stone cold every time I tried to start it
I tried changing dizzy, map sensor , ecu temp sensor , checked ignition timing and timing marks on belt are correct
Any help appreciated, can't seem to get anyone who knows about glanza engines to look at it
It's a custom loom being ran so there is no diagnostic port to look for codes

One here also

Remember years ago lads all going for blitz intercoolers and cutting their bumpers just so you could see the stencil lol I think a plain clean core is far nicer
