Just scrolled through all 242 pages on tapatalk looking at this build... Over a few days span that is! And my god this car is god damn beautiful! The way it's transformed over the years is brilliant! I love it, oh thanks for cap too! At least an item from this car lives on in the same coloured starlet!

Received a few packages today, nothing too spectacular (well one is awesome) new gear knob! So my colours scheme is pretty much going to be made up of gold/black. So I spent hours looking for a gear knob that would suit, and so I found this, it was cheap and from China but I was willing to wait as every other gear knob had red writing. It arrived and it turned out to be this. Blue and red... So I waited about 2 weeks for something I could've got in 2 days! Anyway it feels nice, has a fair bit of weight and throws into gears much better than the stock one, so I won't complain! Also got some

I assumed it was the charcoal canister! Thanks guys. Managed to finally get the Corolla inlet mani on today, had the car in the garage since Saturday afternoon, the mani would not play ball at all, two bolts were rounded and I needed more hose for the sensor on the back of the mani. But it's on now and seems to be all in working order. Thanks to RoryWebb432 for the mani! Great guy to do business with! And got a toms radiator cap on just to spice the bay up a little bit! How long did that take you then? Did you use a toffee for the glue? Or done it all by hand?

I've checked the fuel filter, it's not touching the strut brace, and the buzzing was definately coming from the canister below the fuel filter. It's odd tbh

Question! I was under the bonnet today attempting to put the new inlet on, ran out of light before finishing so quickly got it back together. And every now and then the canister located below my intake pipe was making a buzzing sound, it definately sounded electric but I couldn't see any dodgey connections or wires! Anyone had this?

If anyone has any lying around or they're breaking a starlet, I would greatly appreciate it if someone could send me on of these little washers that goes with the bolt to hold the seatbelt buckle to the seat. Mine is snapped and so the buckle is loose. I don't mind paying as its only a small item, I just can't seem to find any online anywhere! Thanks, Ben
