I love speedlines too mate, but I just fancied a change! Wanted something a bit different and since these are pretty rare and they were cheap I'm super happy with them! Well they're still on the wheels atm I'll probably be selling them soon

New wheels are on! It is actually pretty mad the difference between seeing these and the speedlines! But yesterday I spent a few hours getting the majority of pitting off the lip and tidied the paintwork up a bit, they are by no means perfect and they have many imperfections but they look a million times better than before! They will be having a full refurb soon. But here's some pictures!

The cancelled kit from demon tweaks works, that's what I used and it basically loops the connection back around in itself to fool the system into thinking it's still plugged in

So the previous choice of alloys soon changed! And I maaaaaay have picked some very rare wheels up today can anyone guess what they are (not the people I've already told)

Can't wait to get these on! They're 14" 6j so not too bad and I did want some 14's for a change. Absolute bargain for £150 lips need a polish and centres painting but other than that there's no kerbing or dents or any bad stuff!

I'm loving my bc's now. I set them to hard and honestly had to pull in after 200 yards (undrivable). On their soft setting though they are perfect for road use.

How high have you get them set? I have bc's they were wound fully down and almost on the hardest settings, had to pop back round to walker so we could raise them up and I'm almost at the softest settings too, but still

Feel I need to raise them a bit more just to get that street comfort use

The Nankang NS-2R tyres seem to be getting a LOT of great reviews especially for track. I have Rainsport 3's all round on mine in 195/50 and I can't fault them tbh, id say the main 2 if your doing more street use than track would be out of Rainsport 3's and Toyo Proxes T1-R. I'm sure plenty of other people will be able to further expand as I haven't used a whole lot of different tyres so far.

Thanks for all the positive comments everyone! As far as the car is at the moment I'm pretty happy with it, I still have a huge list of things to do, but I'm not in any rush to get them on right now!

Nice job! Any reason you took the whole speedo face? You can literally swap over the little box behind the clock faces which contains the mileage and put that in the new ones, that's all I did

Thought I'd give this an update since japfest has been and gone! BC racing coils are on, made a deal with walker96 and we spent a few hours swapping over suspension on both my car and his old glanza rep, we didn't do too bad. And Laguna splitter is on too! Here's some pictures from japfest, thanks to JW photos for some great shots too.

And I've finally decided to replace the alloys, I'll keep them a secret until I actually get them though

I've already spoke to them and they said they can't do anything. Would it be possible once I get there to borrow someone's car pass put it on my car and drive in? One of my mates did that at trax last year

Probably not, they have your registration already printed onto them and each one has its own unique code and QR code which I'm assuming once scanned will not be re-scannable as its already been registered as being on site (I'm assuming)

Not just yet buddy, I made a start on it the other day and got a screw in at each side but I didn't realise how hard plastic the front bumper was and I've been busy with something else before hand which has made getting the splitter on a tad more difficult! Should be on before the weekend though

Can't wait to see this paintwork in person!
