  1. Yeah I mean there's nothing wrong with giving them a try, they'll either amaze you or they'll just be a set of tyres to run in until they wear down so no real loss either way
  2. I think the rainsports work out to £33.50 per corner for 195/50's so they're a good price for the amount of great ratings they get haha
  3. To me personally they feel amazing! The last tyres I had one were too big and there reviews/ratings weren't good. Whereas with the rainsports they grip so much better corners are 100x easier to take and they're just as good in the wet! I'd recommend then tbh
  4. You can buy a resistor from demon tweaks too, I bought mine from then only cost about £5 and just stick it in and the light naturally goes off as it would when you had the original wheel in
  5. Yeah meisters are 0% finance think it's about £60 a month too so not bank breaking
  6. Ahh I see that sounds cool, I'll probably let it go as tbh I can imagine every time it's fitted it's just going to slowly ruin a stud so I'll let you know when I've got a replacement!
  7. Well I need to get another one first as it's currently on the car. I may use it as a spare but if not I'll let you know anyway. What do you plan to do with it?
  8. Yeah it is inside one of the holes where a nut goes, what it is if you look at the stud there's 3 grooves from a drill but only 1/3 of the drill itself the other 2/3 went through the alloy instead, and that part of the alloy is rather thick, the guys who said it is unrepairable are a tyre and alloy refurb/repairing company themselves they've repaired some alloys for me before and I've seen some really bad stuff they've had to repair in the past but they even said it can't be repaired
  9. Ahh I tend to rush jobs sometimes but I wouldn't ever have the skills to fabricate my own manifold etc. But I do make sure to fully finish a job off when I get the time to do so! Followed your instagram
  10. The White speedlines just finish it off so well! I'm loving the blackened slats in the grill too looks spot on
  11. I watched it yesterday and had no sound on and it was clearly obvious they were aiming for the potholes! Maaaaaan it's hard to trust garages nowadays! I had a garage recently snap a wheel nut off, and they offered to fix it, couple months later I had my tyres all changed at a different place only for them to show me drill holes through one of the bolt hole son my speedline and the wheel stud itself... Wouldn't have been so bothered if the original garage had decided to tell me they'd had to cause damage to get the nut off, instead I'm left with a stud that's ruined and a speedline that's u
  12. I'll be paying this Thursday for 2 people if that's all good
  13. Cannot wait to see this car in person! I'm assuming you'll be at some shows this year?
  14. I have a set of stock shocks and springs all together. Depends whereabouts you are?
  15. Yeah I can't wait to see a blue SR! I think the original decal colours would work tbh, but if not a nice yellow/gold would suit well
  16. That's more like it! The width difference between the steelies and speed lines on mine is incredible! It makes the 13's look Dangerous
  17. Wait is this going blurple?! I hope if it does go blurpl eyou get some new SR decals made up for it that would look pretty sweet
  18. Yeah was driving past the Co-op at the bottom of Fenton road about 11:30 aha I noticed the alloys first xD
  19. Nice! Just needs a set of alloys and it'll look smart
  20. Oh my! Is the bodywork as clean as the pictures make it out to be! Looks good
  21. Drove past you today, car looks clean
  22. Little update! Collected my new tyres today and got them fitted and had an alignment done today, I have to say it feels and grips 100x better now. Uniroyal rainsports 3's were my choice of tyre. Now as I was waiting for the work to be done the mechanic shouted me over to show me something which was this... After he asked me if I'd had any work done recently it clicked in my head that a wheel but snapped a few months ago and the garage who snapped it said they'd sort it for me, so they drilled it out, hadn't told me that's how they removed it and left my stud looking like that and the sam
