Running a TIG turbo manifold, new gaskets gone in by the looks of things. But I have to admit they don't look set right, I better take off check and replace see what happens, 48nm thanks guys

Anyone know the torque setting for the exhaust manifold, think I am getting a popping / ticking noise, maybe this is the source to my ticking noise? Sorry is on a 4efte engine

On my hold honda I did the same, I used the same material you can buy for door protectors, you know so you don't stove your paintwork into a brick wall, there cheap and hard wearing, they slip over the plastic and you can glue them on, should tidy it up a little

Hello liss, Mine does this after I installed a bigger intercooler, it's due to amount of air now entering the BOV so I was told anyway, I think the sound is awesome, left mine and it pulls like a train.

Not far in bristol, will I have to map it after I have plugged it in? Wanto fit an adjustable actuator also so if you have one maybe we can sort a deal?

hello Uzzy, very intrested.... is this a direct plug and play unit? i am sure i can fit this my self, if it is, i am a little unsure of uprating fuel pumps etc, i still have standard injectors also. will i need to remap the car or does it not work like that? also looking for a adjustable actuator, again unsure of how they work, 1st turbo car i have owned, if i swap the standard one to a uprated one, do i need to set it up? or it is a simple swap over? or shall i purchase both fit them take my car to a rolling road and get it all set up in one go? in which case i will need a pig

aaaah right ok, i wont bother with a FPR then, i have to admit i was under the bonnet last night with my trusty stethascope trying to figure out what it is, cant find anythhing, no loss in power / boost firing correctley no lumpy sound at all ... wired, i was thinking of giving it to tuning devleopments to have a look at when i have having my upgrades and mapping done. any advice in the mean time is a great help ...

Thanks mate, yea not to far, i do seem to still have a issue with something ticking, not loosing any power or boost, only ticks lound under load, i think its injectors... any ideas?
