Me the recepient just rang up my hermes to see if i can get a story out of them and guess what, they have lost the goods and spoke to rob about it at 930 this morning. Still havent heard from him today and i doubt he'll be willing to give my money back. PP dispute has been opened.

Only problem is hermes rules is they have to speak to the person who has sent the items, they cannot discuss anything with the recepient of the goods for some wierd reason, believe me ive tried chatting to them and ringing them and they keep giving me the same answer. Glanza mac seems to be either cannot be asked to ring them, havent got time to ring them or is ignoring my messages as he was online today but have not read my message yesterday. thanks for the reply guys.

Paid for wheels about a month ago, seller only just sent them a weekish ago. Now when i track the wheels through my hermes using the 16 digit parcel number its still in the national hub, been there for about 5 working days now.
