Seems allot better since getting rid of the air locks and lowering the Overflow Tank level Adam

I also have what seems to be same problem , going to try unplug lambda see what happens. ps : i reset my ecu and nothing changed still have same problem of low revs there is hesitation if i lightley throttle, Keeps backfiring everynow and again , And idles are fluctuating between 500-1000 when staionary

Flushed the system and did the old Burp way to see if there was any air in the system and well there was allot of air in the system. Will keep All Updates if the problem has been solved since this Thanks Adam

Yeah i'm actually filling the rad up noticed The overflow has no return pipe so just left the overflow near minumum mate and filled The rad full Cheers Adam

Hi and thanks for the fast reply , i Tested the coolant with the chemical tester (checks for any combustion chemicals) and results came back fine , i also pressure tester for 30 mins and it held 1.5 bar fine. will try flush the system Replace cap and thermostat thanks allot for the replies You guys are ace! Hi all Had a good scan and couldn't find anything Basically my glanza keeps pissing its coolant out the plastic cap of the overflow tank Not sure on what to do to resolve it , seems like the pressure is too high in rad or the overflow tank is s**t Here is a pic. It's a civic rad /fan td04 glanza Shall i try get a better rad? Maybe a 3 core or just a bigger one , gaffer is there to hold the plastic cap down as it shoots off every Now and then Any help is very greatfull as only had the car a week or so Thanks Adam

Thanks allot for the reply mate i'll have a look! Mine is running about 11-12 psi so 0.85ish bar Limits at like 8500 and does about 120-130 mph i think so must be aftermarket i guess I'll check thanks for the info massive help!

Hi ukso I can't find if my ecu is standard or not Firstley what power can a standard ecu produce? As my car defo feels 200 bhp if not more ( have no printout) Secondley the ecu just has the standard sticker on it no aftermarket logo or stickers all i have are the codes which are these: Toyota 89661-10200 211000-4290 12v 26p 16p 4e fte P - - Reason is the tuner needs to know or shall i show him the ecu and see what he thinks If anyone can shed light please do Thanks Adam
