Them things are called Soshinoya they are basically like the Green 'p' plates we have over here. They basically just mean new driver i believe. The other ones (i'm not sure what they are callled) are for experianced drivers.

Looking good mate, liking the VTI wheels. Be careful of that front drivers tyre though mate, it looks well low on tread to me.
