The quality of the gasket looked totaly crap! I just cleaned the deck and stuck an OE gasket on

Exactly the same thing happend to me between the same cylinders as well on an Athena HG

Weird one valve bounce and only made 173hp on an td04 setup

had the same issue and it was the fcd that was faulty take the fcd off and put the boost back to standard and see what happens

This happend to my Athena gasket if the bolts were lose between those two cylinders its very possible that's the caules did you check the toque setting before removing them? also is that an old or new gasket? -
Was running an civic rad on an td04 setup was perfectly fine. The TD alloy rad kits are really good as well

0.5 psi boost is basicly like having no boost at all

thats very rich better than running lean though would get it checked by your mapper
