hey guys am looking to head up to. is anyone looking to join at junction 30 as would be heading the wrong way to junction 32 then coming back on myself.no prob if not.

Just wondered wat to do with the vacuum pipe that went to the old induction pipe as new relocation pipe doesn't have an inlet. Can it just be blanked off? If so do I lose the high low boost option? thanks Andrew.

So should i just turn the fcd to 14 and just leave it there?

Just to update and maybe help someone in the future with similar issue. turned out to be the thermostat after!! also tried a euro parts item and the sealing ring was not thick enough so kept leaking.so just check against the old unit if you get one. Andrew

Yeah fitted an hks and its running around 0.9. just wasnt sure which setting the fcd should be on if any?

Am about to fit a relocation pipe this week too,but had Liam rebuild my ct9 and port it at the same time so hopefully wont have this issue.have an rx7 intercooler fitted and had an fcd already on car when i bought it.any ideas where it should be set at as have never really looked into wat it does!

Does it need another silicone pipe to attach to the turbo mate?

Sorry guys been super busy but will try get a pic asap. the unit looks factory fitted so bit random. its just behind the throttle body attached to the back of the inlet manifold.

It looks like an original unit. Do they fit them from factory then? it has 2 pipes coming off it that go to what loops like a map sensor on the bulkhead.

Quick question have an adjustable valve on the back of the inlet manifold with a spring loaded adjuster. any ideas whats its for?

Just looking for some answers on a HKS actuator set up. No 1.do I measure the length of the actuator to the end of the rod or to the middle of the hole where it fits over the wastegate? No.2 if i still want to run the low boost option from the button on the dash is this possible? No.3 original actuator has 2 connecting pipes whereas HKS only has 1 where is best place to T into? Cheers for any replies Andrew

So to be able to use the low boost option on the dash i have to t piece the actuator pipe and just link it in? Just bought an HKS actuator.

Is the adjustment measured to the end of the rod or to thr middle of the eye where it sits on the actuator? thanks.

looking for some advise,just fitted an rx7 intercooler and have been told can run up to 1 bar on a standard setup. also had turbo overhauled and ported by Liam. Excellent job and well recommended!!! so looking at best way to do this,manual boost valve or adjustable actuator?? have a fcd on car but have it on 14 as have heard some bad things about them. Andrew.
