Hi, My girlfriends car has a problem with a stuck or leaking caliper. When she's braking hard the car breaks out a lot to the right. This is really really dangerous. I let a garage check the brake difference both on the front and the back. The difference on the front is 17-29% and on the back only 0-7%. So the problem is in the front. As far as we can see the left front caliper is leaking. We won't to rebuild this, but we're looking for a good how to on this. Can't imagine this would be a really difficult job. Can someone help me out? And what is the piston size? She has a car with

Had the same on my Volvo 850 t5, have a video on YouTube of it somewhere. Will look for it! But the cause was a worn turbo. After replacing it it was gone! Turned out I might had a too small exhaust or a bump in it

Hi, I'd like to know the same. I tried to mount it today but without luck :-(. The stock stays won't fit and there was no room to put my earth cable to. The throttle cable won't fit 1:1 but i think with a bit of bending i can make that work without a problem. I also think some vacuum hoses will not fit directly. Thanks folks!

What's the best way of removing those rivets? Thanks

Hi, Is there anyone that has the Glanza s ecu pinout? I know it's written on the board but I prefer not to remove the pivots. Thanks

Here they come! But i think i need to remove both the rivets on top of the lid. How can this be best done so i can reattach the lid? Pivets inside the ECU cover, already removed them but without luck: On top of the lid: -
Indeed remove the ecu fuse and then crank the engine. Otherwise when you'd only remove the coil cable or something like that a lot of unburned fuel can probably mix with the oil and you don't want that at a first startup.

how to remove ep91 ecu board from housing

I've opened 2 rivets but it still won't open. Should I also remove the 3 rivets to the ecu plugs? Or should I only remove those 2 rivets on top of the housing, not on the board itself? -
Does anyone know if they're plug and play harnesses for the ep91? I have someone that's really interested but is not able to make his own harness.

Yes they're different :-(. The Glanza has a knock sensor for example and some pins are different they say. -

hmm i couldn't find the pinouts :-( That's why i've tried. Do you happen to have a link where i can find the pinouts? -
Hi, I bought a Glanza s ecu for my starlet. I know the wiring is different on both the ECU's so I want to remove the Glanza ecu board from its housing because the pinouts are most times written on the board, but somehow it's stuck. Does anyone have an idea how to remove the board without breaking it? Or does someone has the exact pinouts for the Glanza s and stock eurospec starlet as well?

With stock Levin box with LSD they say you have to use 75w90 with no need for additives, so I dare to say it'll be the same for this box

Hi, Not interested in parts. In need of funds that's the reason of selling and my girlfriend is going to kill me if I get even more parts haha
-
Where do they have the usual marks? I opened it, just to check if everything looks alright and as far as I can see it does. But i 've only opened the lid on both sides, didn't pull the complete ecu apart ;-)
