  4. Haha dude exact same. Neighbours must of been like what is he doing hairdrying his car. Saw some dish style alloys I liked at Turriff. Guy said he was gonna check if they will fit ( hope they do ) Where you from again mate ? I was thinking about respraying mine too. Might get some spray ordered up
  5. Haha sound man Yeh I think I won't put in into that again. I'm loving the car. Spent an hour removing the 16 year old stickers ( nightmare ) aswell as the ones the garage put on. only thing is I took to jet wash and paint is all good apart from wingmirrors which started coming off under jet wash. Almost looks like different paint
  6. YO, Been searching Google and this site. What is gear 2 in the glanza auto ? for me it is like being stuck in 2nd gear. got to rev limiter and it never went up a gear so I got para and went into drive and haven't used since. Surely it's not just 2nd gear ? Do you have to slap it into drive at limiter ? What if you slipped into it going down highway at 100 ? ... booooom?
  7. The problem I have is how much boost are you wanting ? the car already has a turbo with plenty of boost at the ready ?
  8. Also check what the max rpm and pressure rating of the turbo is. could shatter and damage. If you find out what material it is I could calc it I'm an engineer
  9. motorbike chain and motor bike sprocket ? Thank god thought you ment from a bicycle haha. That sprocket and chain would fail very quickly. Excited to see this in action
  10. what are you trying to achieve ... lagless power ? Seems like a lot of hassle to go to when you've got a turbo with more then enough boost for the taking interesting none the less
  11. Could exhaust alone really give you enough boost creep for fuel cut? Everything else is stock

  13. well impressed with Turriff tyres. Soon as I got the car in it was up and techs straight on it. Julian was very sound and welcoming. Will definitely be back for the alloys. Loving the exhaust and done very quickly
  14. so got my first mod today. Custom ss exhaust and downpipe. Getting manifold in week or so. Feels like a different car so the stock exhaust must be really restrictive Anyway so I'm gunning it down the dual Cariage way and noticed that when I have my foot down hard when the auto gear change kicks in at max rebs there is a bit of a jolt. Almost asif the revs dropped to low briefly. Didn't notice this so bad before. Any auto boys feel the same after exhast? got EMB on the way ... think it needs a tune? But feels alot more responsive and bit torqy er
  15. Any guides on this. do you need any other parts for this ? Been trying to work it out from pics online I see one of the hoses from the stock brv just gets plumbed in. What about the other that goes Into engine cover? I see people have put some sort of filter here ? Do I just get rid of that hose ? Cheers
