good advice. how much would a cambelt replacement and fitting usually cost. i do give it regular oil changes as most and only use v power petrol but what else could i do on my own which i would be able to handle as im no mechanic but would love to get round paying people to do the work on my car.

bad points on the gt bodywork is thiner than glanza so more prone to small dinks in the bodywork that really show up on a good wash and wax. (im a perfectionist it does my nut in findidng new ones every other month) the rattling bootlid is annoying in the winter as windows are up and you hear it more. most gts bodywork wont be in as good condition as there older and harder to find a mint one. other than that cant really fault anything else as i love my car with a passion. my c v joints have gone and click all the time going round corners and getting out spaces . really does my nut in but neve

i just scerew one straight in without the silicone tube when i had to mount the dump valve to another place so on the rocker cover to the right there are 3 pipes so i had to block one of them off just get a long screw which is slightly oversized for the hole so you cn screw that damn thing in tight
