Ok so my story starts like this.. I brought the car from Redline Performance in Leeds Bradford was all runing fine for 4 days then all of a sudden a piston dies hmmm not good. Tried getting it sorted on warranty and what a load of shit that turned out to be.. Anyways the sppec of the car when i brought it: Blitz DV Blitz FMIC cone filter behind grill LSD Lightened and balanced flywheel exceedy uprated clutch Quickshift TRD brakes Tein coilovers with adjustable camber Magnacor leads Greddy oil catch tank Blitz Nur Spec exhaust Decat Adjustable HKS actuator HKS FCD Blitxz Boost gauge Parts ordered and awaiting arrival (Thanks ToyTuning Toby the God) 74.5 ross racing forged pistones 1.4mm cruize headgasket Head Bolts CamBelt Parts hopefully ordering this week full new engine gasket set new big end and main shells Outer CV Boot Oil Filter Fuelk Filter Induction relocation Kit Whats to be done on the engine still Clean block and all other parts Paint Block Smooth off the roker Polish the rocker Replace fmic samcos to blue to match other samcos rebuild engine Things to be getting one the car is up and running TD04 Turbo Custom Mani Custom Downpipe Walbro Uprated fuel pump SARD RFPR SARD 330cc Injectors New rad and fan to suit the setup Emanage Blue So the fun starts Well me and a mate went on with stripping the starlet The car had more tie raps on it than a lil its unbelievable how many it has on nothing is broke its like the person before me lost loads of nuts and bolts and decided to use tie raps.. It was beyond a joke Well the starlet was a bit of a b**ch to get the engine out but with time and patients we got there in the end... Pics so far : Bonnet and bumper off and some pipeing removed The removed the rest of the pipeing (which im now in the process of cleaning and making look shiny lol) fter removing them it left us with this An example of how well my car was put together by the previouse owner So we finally got it out and what a heavy lil mofo it is (my mate ant) And now i'm left with this A quick pic off the start of my polishing the fmic pipes And a pic of my blue samco style hose for the fmic pipe joints which are now on the pipes but i aint took pics yet.
