Thanks guys i did the mock up on PS so i can use that to know exactly how and where i wanted the sun positioning I did some on my breaks at weekend painted calipers and carriers blue cleaned my braided hoses up and fitted them. I also fitted my yellow stuff pads and just trying to find the other half of my master cylinder stopper lol so i can sand it down and paint it ready to fit My mate the body work guy broke his ankle at the weekend so im now having to find someone who i know works well and does good jobs to finish my to quarters and my mate is gonna sort the kit as he can do that sit -

still on my list from what i can remember lol 1. finish refurbing my livesports kit 2, finish the front bumper smooth it 3. fit speedo converter 4. fit braided break lines discs pads and painted calipers 5. finished oth rear quarters (been widened by about 20mm) 6. flat it all down 7. Spray car and wheels 9. order my red vac hoses and fmic joining silicons in red 10. spray roker cover and fit it there is more like refit all my interior etc but you get the idea -

just sanded it all off using the orbital it took me a lil time and effort but the results speak for them selfs i think -

Thanks SiCain its a shame that the HT leads use the raised part of the roker to seal and stop water getting into the plugs etc as i would have liked to have smoothed everything so its all smooth -

I did most with a Orbital sander mate then finished a few bits by hand I used 80grit to take out the lines then i used 500 i think it was just to neater it up and make it smooth -

I know people think i should get the livesports front lip but im not going to bother im keeping the aero and smoothing it a lil Its more to my own taste and to be a lil different -

As for my starlet side is very close to being finished and the other side gas a lot less work Then just finish the kit and front bumper and de lock the doors and she will be ready to go for paint The roker needs another coat of vht paint and then i shall spray it with my rising sun Need to order some red vac pipes and some red fmic joiners ... -

the black lines on the bumper is from a marker used to mark out where we was cutting etc The bumper and lip need a final edge smoothing then fit the spliter on as a permanent fixture and smooth it a lil -

Ok here is a few pics of todays progress .... one nice clean carpet thanks to mel One of my front seats nice and clean thanks to mel My bumper cut out and front lip cut to fit my FMIC behind A pic og my front bumper offered up but without the spliter on A pic of my fmic fitted it does have 2 supporting tie raps as only one mount was a direct fit so need to make 2 new brackets I have also finished smoothing the roker cover ready to be painted but i dont have any pics of this -

Im whipping my interior out this week and putting it in the shed so ill be cleaning it all up then along with my carpets and parce shelf making them all spankly clean -

All i did was use 80 grit on a DA Then blast over with 1200grit when flat just to smooth of any sanding lines -

Cheers mate ill be painting my oil cap aswell to match the stripe of the rising sun so depending what colour the stripe of it is then ill be doing that the same I did some of the other side last night but that side needs a lot more hand sanding due to not being able to get the orbital to reach or fit in certain places
