I have the exact same problem and i have ABS on mine.... On mine i have tried ABS Pump Master Culinder New washers on the lines Bled whilst not running and running and still mine aint working Mine has been like this for about 4 months now its a joke lol

right ook after the new abs pump did nothing for me loli decided to check the washers today .... Now i have two wasyhers on each brake but all the washers look ina very bad way with pressed indentations etc.. Could these cause my problems? im gonna go get some new ones tomorrow and fit them is there any thingelse i can look at whilst imtackling it

also check the earth on the left side of the inlet plenum mine worked its way loose and caused a missfire but also kept kicking my engine management light on and off worth a look never the less pal

Can anyone tell me how many washers should be on the brake line where it meets the brake caliper?? Should there be a washer either side of the line where the bolt goes through? or should it only be one sided if s which side please

the car has literally had 6 bottles go through it lol and still no air in the lines what so ever each time ive done it but re done it over and over to check lol yet as soon as i try and brake there is hardly anything till i hit the floor thats when the front driver and the back passenger work the front actually locks up :S

ive done it with both engine running and off Basicly i think it is the pump ive just brought one so as soon as that arrives ill fit it and see whats what... The pipe from the servo to the inlet is on and the lil bar that supports the rubber surround on the pipe where it enters the servo is on aswell :S

sorry to hijack the thread a lil but can people tell me what size silicon joiners i need to order for the same cooler? Mine are blue and i want red thought i would ask before i have to remove it from the csr to measure

lol right ok so i know no that front drivers and back passenger are holding pressure :S the others do work also when car is not running but when started nothing im gonna buy an abs pump later today and try that as all lines are now braided and there is no leaks changed the master cylinder. See what happens once this is fitted lol

ok so all body work is done now BUT in paces the yellow looks patchy and still a few imperfections in the kit so when i have the money i think another respray may be in order where as i get a BRIGHT white with blue pearl only and make the kit perfect for now i am happy tho

not as yet found out one backbrake does not work at all so i got a soare to change it with but my drivers front works and my passebger back does ;)

update i now have half my brakes front drivers side and rear passenger side brakes are working but only those 2

i had a forged td04 running 1.3bar and made a very strong 256.6bhp with 297nm of torque the power curve was mazing and i will to be doing the same setup just not forged this time to my new car will only run 1.1 - 1.2 bar on std do it mate You wont look back you will love it

how can i pressure blead it mate? I have a kit that you put on ya tyre but the cap doesnt suit up to the starlet push on lid shit lol

Hey evertyone Ok so i brought a starlet a while back which i have been doing the body work on and a few lil other things all i did with the brakes was take am off paint them fit braided lines and new washers . When i bled the brakes i made sure there was no air in any of the system/ I started from furthest brake away to the closest:) And nothing as soon as i started the car there was no brakes?! So i changed the master cylinder re bled the brakes started it up and same again?! Today i checked my clocks as i had no abs light on and there was no bulb so put a bulb in and suprise the abs lig
