  1. So the disc will fit under my Glanza S caliper if i just have the carrier?
  2. As the title says, It turns out my "Glanza V" Is actually a "Glanza S" that has been converted, Serves me right for not doing enough research and jumping in too fast! Anyhow, I've bought some drilled and grooved discs for a Glanza V but they wont fit on, the caliper carrier hits the disc and the disc wont sit level due to this. Are the disc sizes the same on both Glanzas or are the discs I've been sold for something completely different? Cheers.
  3. I was looking for something similar and found these guys on Facebook, They quoted me 300 quid to have angel eyes fitted into my Glanza headlights, they can do coloured rings too and they wanted 400 quid for that https://www.facebook.com/Headlightretrofits/
  4. Yeah, Northern Radiators in Leeds, They were going to chop it in half blast it all and reseal it then weld it back together. Did it myself for about 80 quid all in lol
  5. A 3 inch hole? Christ! You could try a repair company but they're expensive, i got a quote to have my tank refurbished by a company in leeds, they wanted 500 quid hence why i did it myself lol
  6. My 1981 Mazda had been sat for 14 years with petrol in the tank, I'm sure it will be repairable. Might be easier than finding a new tank, Just an option.
  7. If the tanks just full of crap and surface rust inside, Go to a garden centre and buy a bag of smooth garden stones, or ball bearings, something along those lines, sling them in your fuel tank and shake it around with a friend, turn it over and do the same, this will smash the rust off the inside of the tank, then you want to get a POR-15 fuel tank repair kit, it will clean it inside and re-seal it, will be like brand new, paint the outside in hammerite or something similar while your at it to protect it.
  8. Is it actually rotten or just some shit inside it?

  12. After lingering around for a while I thought i'd best sign up and say hello, so Hello, I'm Paul! I bought my Glanza about a month ago now It's a 1997, It's my second car, My Corsa's insurance and life was running out in a few days and this came up, always fancied one so I went for it and I've loved every minute in it so far. The paint is pretty tatty when you get up close but doesn't look too bad from afar and I can cope with it since there isn't many yellow ones about! There's a few things to sort out on her, got a wheel stud missing, Sometimes a hesitation on boost and it hasn't got a name y
  13. There is a Facebook page called "Carros De Pista".They're a Puerto Rican page so getting much information from them can be a struggle but they regularly post rotary swapped starlets, I'd post a link to their page but not sure if I'm aloud? Paul.
