  1. Nice to see another yellow one about! Looks really clean too! Hope to see you at some shows!
  2. My friend found out the hard way there is a split in the insulation on the king lead so i'll be replacing all the leads at some point in the near future lol Yeah i doubt it was the knock sensor but I can't say for sure as I changed that and the ignitor at the same time, The knock sensor I removed was in near perfect condition too!
  3. Anything is possible if you have the skills, Time and money. Look up Project Binky on Youtube, They're putting a 2.0 turbo ad 4wd from a Celica GT4 into one. I think it was from a Celica GT4 anyway, Look it up though it's ace.
  4. Update time, Checked the earths on the coil and the ignitor to the firewall, they were spot on, (With the dress up kit so rules out the kit) Checked resistances on all the HT leads and the King lead just for good measure and everything good there. Coil was still getting it's 12v but wasn't receiving the pulse from the ignitor and the injectors weren't receiving a signal from it either, I believe they also get one from it so tested them, Anyway they weren't getting one either. RPM gauge doesn't move when the engine is cranked. Time to find a new ignitor, Luckily there is a starlet breaker only
  5. Are the 4efe ignitors the same as 4efte?

      For the record, They aren't.

  6. Jack the front of the car up so both wheels are off the ground, Spin one wheel, If the other wheel spins in the same direction you have an LSD, If it spins in the opposite direction you have an open differential.
  7. Ok so I've lost spark in my Glanza, Bare with me while I do my best to explain from the start. Yesterday I fit my JDM EP engine bay dress up kit, In the process i snap the breather from the rocker cover to the inlet, Ooops, Temporarily block the rocker cover hole with an o2 sensor bung till I can get a catch can on there. Finish putting the kit on, Start the car up, instantly revs to 3k, Bummer. Remembered i didn't plug the breather hole on the intake so i go and block that off too with some pipe and a bolt. Start the car up and idle is now at 4-500 RPM and not the usual 900RPM ish, I assum

  11. Not a bad job at all, Undo it at all and just lift it out the bonnet in 1 go
  12. I've been waiting at the door for mine like a dog awaiting his owners return

    Glanza Front End

Do you need a full front cut? I've got the passenger half if you need it, Bit far away though
  17. Here's an update in case some of you are interested. So i got my car back from the insurance and I was paid out, I liked the car way too much to just break it or give up on it so I decided it would be repaired and live another day. I know it doesn't make financial sense to repair it as i could have just bought a nice new one for the money I've paid to have it fixed, but there was just something about this car. I had to have it back. And so it begun. Off came my crumpled front end to make way for a new cut. Here she is with the new cut stuck on. Test fit of the bonnet and the wings, Cheers
  18. It sold for About 2.2k when it was on around a week ago
  19. More positive feedback for Gainzy, A pleasure to do business with. Thanks again
  20. Typical, I couldn't get a front cut anywhere 2 weeks ago. Had to settle for one off eBay for £140 with half the shit missing I needed!
