  2. lol they are quite different bumpers when it comes to the exhaust lol
  3. Here they are.. not the best pics but will do a photo session once the new wheels are on it and its had some TLC. looks fairly sweet and as i said, bit quieter than before so long journeys are sound! On with the wheels
  4. got the new exhaust on today!! sounds a lot better and fairly quiet compared to the old one. went for option 1, but had about 3 inches cut off the end of the pipe, and also a nice jap angle. had the cat pipe put back in as well as mot is due soon. have pics but cannot get em on atm. ALSO got some free alloys lol just had to pay for collection, so these will be sprayed black when i get them and put on the car. once char has passed her test and is used to the car, and the wheels will be safe some better ones will be put on. will post progress when i get them. so will have the old exhaust up for sale, still works fine, and you will need to use your own hangers, as i stated my rubber one snapped. also the NA decat pipe will be up for grabs along with my old na cat with downpipe off the white NA starlet. Pics coming soon ish!
  5. u guys have it so easy.. my S14a absolutly drinks fuel. take last nite for example, i put £20 in last night, i drove 4 miles from the petrol station at normal trafic pace off boost, to the local race "spot" watched a few cars tear up and down, then i drove 3 miles with 5 mates again off boost to a private tarmac'd peice of farm land which we have an arangement on did about 30 mins of drifting until my tyres were dead, drove home 2 miles and my petrol was on the red line again. today i put £15 in as i forgot my card and only had that much in cash... drove about 35 miles today in total, and i will have to fill up again the next time i need to take it out for more than half an hour. at stage 1 without a map they run soooo rich and boy dont you notice it! if u boot in hard through the gears on dual carriage way for example, you can physicaly see the gauge drop
  6. booked in 2moro morning so will see what the crack is then. they did say that i cud have the 1st one, and cut a few inches off the end of the tail pipe to make it stubby so that mite actualy be for the win lol Jay
  7. hmmm i just dont know will have to have them all up on the car and see which is best. Jay
  8. yeah i know lol it was mine remember but even on the na bumper? u said u wasnt happy with it on ures when i fitted it to the na bumper? Jay
  9. if they did that exhaust then i would be 100% after it, absolutly love them lol. but yeah, this company dont.
  10. just a little update as havnt had time to work on this recently as most of you are aware, my white panda hybrid FTE project is no more. however i do now have a new tasty S14a in its place been drifting it a lot and its taking the abuse very well! almost at stage 1 now, realy pulls like a train any way.. the White rims i had on hold while the GF is learning in it, are now gone. stealies until better weather, or a bargain comes up. the exhaust hangers snapped this evening so booked in for a new system next week sumtime at Exhausts Uk. duno what to go for tho... few choices however 2 of which i had on previous car. here they are: Option 1, had this on my celica before. sounds alright and looks the part, but been done to death now??? Option 2, had this on my white starlet when it was NA, liked it, sounded alrite again, but it was fitted to a glanza bumper and mite look out of place on the NA bumper? Option 3, not had this yet and not realy a comon exhaust. the tip is 3 or 3.5 inch, so not too big for the NA bumper, and would have it at a jap angled exit so it still keeps the JDM look, whilst not lookin out of place on a small car. ATM im leaning towards the 3rd option, just cuz think it would look pretty cool at an angle. what you guys think? play it safe or try somthing new? Jay
  11. its empty folks? well at 60% lol..
  12. when i used to work at scoobyworld (impreza tuners only) u would get thick fuckin idiots ring up like YO I AZ GOT DA IMPREZA AND NEED A DUMPVALVE WHAT DO THEY DO so after explaining it and there options they would then go for the cheapest one that we sold.. then when you asked for what model it is the same would come back every time garanteed.. ITS AN IMPREZA. yeah nice one you nob ed.. WRX/STI/ classic/bugeye/newage/hawkeye.. nobs. and im not being stereotypical or owt, but 9/10 Wheel enquirys would be asians after the biggest most shiney rims in the showroom. but yeah currently have FUCK ALL work as im self employed joiner, and january has to be the quietest time for the building trade. got a new car, and want to get spending but dont wanna rape my bank then realise i have to sell it lol. y wont the fuckin climate pick up I WANT MY MONIEZ
  13. lol didnt realise i had one of these cheers guys haha! everyone else... GET BUYING
  14. theres my old baby do me proud old girl
  15. no i completly understand the reasoning behind why they have it,but it just stops genuine sellers from offering stuff to people. no i havnt been banned, they just deleted thread and cained me with emails saying YOU NAUGHTY NAUGHTY BOY STOP RIGHT NOW. and as i said it was just a rant, dont let it bother u people
  16. never realy got on with that site, and just want to reinstate my original opinion that it is SHIT compared to this forum. just wanna post up a few bits for sale, many of them know me from here, ive been a member for years, and well know personaly by many members. just because i dont have 50 posts i cannot advertise the parts. its not like im out to husstle any one, but as soon as i posted in general, " y cant i post " THEY SHUT MY ASS DOWN. never realy liked the site anyway, way to serious over there. anyway ,, rant over LONG LIVE UKSC
  17. hi all need to find out how much it will cost to get a bumper collected and a few other parts etc. where is best to find it out? just put a quote through with tnt and it was about £70 for a rear bumper. surely not lol?! Jay
  18. got a pm for u mate Jay
  19. correct sparky. the only downside would be a tad bit of lag on response time. upside is, the cold air gained once going is much better for BHP than in the engine bay. when i took it out, definatly felt livelyer higher in the revs and pulled better in higher gears. they are the best selling kits for type r's, think they give like 18bhp instantly ?! awsome but thats 2.0 vtec so obviously not going to have the same affect Jay
  20. aiii, loads of ways, another is relocation of radiator, dead easy for the like of someone who knows how to have a tinker, but a mission for anyone who has never attempted anything like this. in talks with some manufactures atm, will get the 2nd prototype made asap
  21. cheers guys thanks for the advice, these 2 were the ones i was lookin at anyway.
  22. no it wont be a major brand filter, at 1.3 level there is no need. the filter i would be using is rated at 200bhp, more than enough for the applications it will be used for. at max it will be on a 100bhp NA starlet. yeah the kits could possibly run over that mark tho, thats just a very rough estimate. the bracket is somthing that im guna have to look into. as its again extra costs to get them welded onto a pipe, and the angle its at is a bit awkward and doesnt realy match to anything. will get one made up in the correct matterials to give us an idea. keep an eye out
  23. the 90 degree bend is a must at the first turn, tried a shallower bend and it wouldt go down without battery relocation which is far from ideal. i think it would be made in aluminium lengths and as you said, i was guna add the heat wrap as an additional extra as some people would prefer the looks rather than the function next issue is the midway support it will need, it would require some form of bracket, as cable ties are not gunna cut it, and look pykie as. its a start anyway, will have to see what the crack is with materials costs, fabrication costs etc. this could end up costing £80+ which im not sure people are willing to pay.
  24. thats what i mean, its behind the bumper so it will not get wet. on top of that, there would not be enough vaccum to pull it up a vertical pipe then the other length with a fairly steep angle on it. i run my filter relocation kit on my turbo starlet and its been soakin before, thats right behind the grill. also as the wheels are behind the kit, and the arch plastics still remain in place, it will deflect the majority of the water from puddles etc. im not saying it will be 100% dry but i realy cannot see it being a problem
