thats it, thort it was emissions. do i need it? its got a vaccum sensor attached to it in the top left of engine bay? do i need it? pics: cylinder thingy lol: the sensor : anyone?

sound. if it is the big fuses, they aint expensive so dont worry. uve gt fuel, which works on ignition. so ignition is sound, it will be a fuse to starter or somthing i would have thort :/ Jay

put it into gear, take hand break off, rock it backwards and fowards so the engine makes a rotation, put hand brake on, clutch in, and start her up mines done it 2 times now, everything seems normal, you then turn key it makes a click and then silent! if it aint battery, its more than likely the starter is jammed. giv it a shot and let me know! you will never guess what. !!THE WIRING IS COMPLETE Thats right!! at long last, everything on the car works as it should! all the plastics are back in, and it looks like my car again! seats are in , harnesses are in, gauges work, boost controller works, lights and dials work, everything just works!! so i had to take it for a quick spin obviously and OH EM GEE. i only took it to .5 bar but what a fuckin handful it was at that! front was snaking all over, wheel span in first 3 gears sounded absolutly imense!!! cannot wait to g

hi all does anyone in the area own a quadlamp or even the square light gt turbo who wouldnt mind popping up so i can check the vaccumm lines and the sensors etc. i will sort you some fuel money out if you want my post code is NG14 7GA. also, posted a thread in the tech forum but no replys. can someone wait till there engine is warm on the temp gauge, and then unplug the 3 plugs on the thermostat ( have pics of what i mean ) one at a time, until it makes the gauge apear cold. need to know this so i can wire the correct plug to the gauge! realy realy need this to finish the project up asap!

okaay been off this for a while, from one problem to the next lol. but im back! with a small update as well! heres a few pics to get it on the roll. had all instrument panel working, but when putting dash back in, it caught the plug and pulled the wires out the block, so have got to re do that. then its just a few little wiring issues then its all done!! however i still need a gt turbo over here, so i can check the plumbing and sensors on it. also need to get a wiring harness for my emanage, and an aftermarket fuel pump off nick. shouldnt be to long now! lol cheers MIKE you BAST. so double gutted by ure posts in this thread!! when i read you had sold ure ep first thing that came to my head was teggy type r, and sure enuf! dc2 or the 5? import or YOUKAY? my car should be done in the next 2 weeks. so will keep ya all updated. dont wait on my behalf leeham, but if aint sorted by time mine is on the road, i will make sure it goes down!
