  4. heres the graphs... BHP - Bottom line TORQUE - Top line BHP - Bottom line MANIFOLD BOOST PRESSURE (BAR) - Top line BHP - Bottom line AIR FUEL RATION - Top line hope people understand this! all in all, a pretty good overall result. as you can see on the boost graph, if i can adjust it to come on boost earlier, and hold 1.2 bar longer, should raise it above the 200bhp mark. @ mitch, possibly mate, we shall see! few minor issues, and depends on weather! @ shaneyb.. cheers dude, and where the bloody hell is maidstone?! miles away?! Jay
  5. cheers everyone! and thanks again mike, and all that helped on the ode panda! realy apreciate you all staying behind, to be honest i was thinkin neil was guna double money back me but he tried his bloody hardest to get me to my 200! was a very, very, very interesting drive home looool
  6. aiii its fuckin mint!! its going back on for a re tweak as the boost controller has loads of settings that need fine tuning etc, and should give it an extra few horses and get on boost sooner. atm its on 1.2 bar at about 4000 - 4500 rpm. want to bring it down if possible. it made 195.7 bhp on the rolling road, so should be around 200 bhp on the road. think it got 188 ft lb as well. got 3 graphs, will get them scanned up and put on.

  10. well got a few pics, but all are rather shite and were taken in the dark. been realy busy this weekend, but just had enough time to fit the walbro 255lph fuel pump, and the greddy emanage blue. also earlier in the week, gave it 3 tcuts, and a polish with some real good stuff looks loads better, and gave it a shine again! cleaned engine bay up a tad as well, polished the bits and bobs that had finger prints all over them however... slight issue with the emanage. fitted it all to the ecu and then when i came to start it, ohh oh! started up, idled up to 2000rpm but then droped down over about 5
  11. overfueling enough to make it die? and i just want to be sure its not down to wiring or somthing.
  12. im guna have to revert it to stock, ecu then drive it up to the rolling road. it runs fine on the standard ecu off boost etc. so when i get down there, i will have to reconect it all back up and straight on RR. so anyone else got anything to add to this? Jay
  13. hi everyone. realy need some help or somone to shed some light on the situation. the emanage was fitted this evening with both harnesses and the 3 bar map sensor. i have a GT turbo engine, and a GT turbo ecu and wiring loom. it was wired in using this link: www.ep91.com/showthread.php?t=283 the map sensor was pluged into the ecu, and the vaccum was fed off the inlet manifold on its own pipe, not connected to any other bits and bobs, gauges ebc etc. the Emanage blue was run on a glanza before i brought it, so assumed all the senders or whatever they are called are set up correct. but if i
  14. absolutly sound! so i dont need them then! rite, as soon as emanage is in its done for mapping then! SCHWEEET
  15. lol yeah i guess! right you sound like you know whats going on! so this charcole sensor, ive been told i dont need it lol, so ive taken it off. you also mentioned the fuel tank breaths through this, so will there be a problem if its no longer there?! and the sensors are the ones in the picture that have a blue and a black plug, one sensor is redy brown, other one is black. top of the picture, what are they? any better? Jay
  16. lol eff off! wud have been loads faster if i went down the glanza engine route but didnt realise that till the engine was in and i was lookin at wires like what the fuck!!! nd yaa should be pretty potent!
  17. these are found near the igniter, and coilpack. ive got them, but i need the small mini loom that connects them to the engine loom. nd i have a feelin this will be a bastard to get hold of. Anyone?! last piece of the puzzle then its sorted for mapping! Jay
