I love the genuine Advans but those are just...they don't look like the real things, there's something wrong.
-
IMO if a rep system was to be added it needed adding a long time ago.

On a lighter note, if you can find a good empty car park it's great fun.

Welcome to UKSC and good to see you're enjoying the Glanza, as for the boost restrictions in first and second there is a guide on here somewhere on how to remove it, use the search should be easy to find, loads of people have asked the same thing in the past.

Is it just me or does anyone elses N/A Starlet...

TBH Asda I have actually noticed BETTER economy when driving sensibly. All this about cone filters giving bad economy is bollocks, it's just because once you have it on there it's tempting to boot it all the time to hear it. -

Long time no speak Joz, is it all systems go once the LSD arrives? ITB's going straight on? -

If I had a video camera I'd record it, there is an easily noticable slight change in the sound, the reason I posted in the first place is because I thought something was wrong with the engine. As for the air filter, I doubt you'd hear much with a different panel filter in the airbox, but my setup is a bit of 76mm diameter pipe and it is quite loud sometimes. -
1.2 8v producing a heartstopping 45 bhp!

It was a joke you bellend just a noise that didn't sound right, and there IS a change in the sound which is why I thought something was wrong -

lol fuck that, just been outside and it's like an ice rink

There is on the roof leftover from yesterday but hardly anyone else has got any on their car. I was just too lazy to take it off the roof yesterday. And again I'm too lazy to polish it anyway lol, just a quick blast with the jetwash and soapy water/sponge.
-
There's still some snow leftover from yesterday and it's cold outside but sunny. Should it be ok to wash the car or should I wait until the snow has gone? (Doesn't look like it's going to melt tbh it's quite cold and has been there since yesterday and not gone). It's pissing me off seeing a filthy car. Or will I just look like a plonker being out with a jetwash and bucket of water in this weather?

IMO they aren't bad for what they are, but there will always be people who hate them, and they are the ones who are generally able to afford higher quality expensive Jap wheels.
-
That's what you get for driving a fucking french piece of shit. And for being spanish. Give us our fish back.
-
Is anyone here using it on a Starlet?
-
Will look nice once it's got your wheels on it (the ones that were on your N/A yes?) and had a good clean and polish. What's under the bonnet?
-
Did some more reading on it after, I had got the wrong end of the stick lol I didn't realise it's sprayed as a mist and not actual water droplets or like a hose spraying it.

Would the Teins have a soft setting though, I mean would they be able to go soft enough for a comfortable ride? Or would it just be for the varying degrees of harshness? The whole idea of being able to electronally adjust it was because I'd like a comfortable ride especially on some of the roads round here. But on the other hand I don't mind the bumps that much tbh. I think I'll probably end up just going for Koni adjustables and some decent springs or just get D2's, but I wanted to check out all the alternatives first.

I know all about cool air being better, I am just confused about putting water into the internals of an engine as I have always thought it was a big no-no.

Last few pics are really good, your car looks so nice yet it's still subtle. IMO there should be more N/A's with the SUV bumper, it suits it so well.
