Rich is right, the copper is wrong again. I did extensive searching on this subject, and it's just at the lovely Officers discretion, what they say goes. So you could basically have a silent exhaust and if he doesn't particuarly like you he could just say the exhaust's too loud and give you a £30 fine. Oh how I love to be British.

Second thread deleted. Only been pulled once, for exhaust noise, got a £30 fine. Annoying as hell though as there's no official limit for noise and I have a fairly quiet Starlet.

£20, £40 and £80 iirc. I paid £40 and as you can see had more than decent seats, more than worth it for 7 1/2 hours entertainment.

It was quite confusing, pretty sure you followed me and I told you I was lost aswell, haha. Then we drove around and a load of others tagged along. Just down the road, we'll have to meet up and get some pics one day.

Not got a GT mate, I've got a white Glanza. Normally when I've seen you it's been near Seevic college, I've seen you flash a couple of times but I'm never quick enough to respond! I live near the college, so not far from you. Pretty sure it was you I met at first when I was lost getting to the BW Summer meet too?

God knows, probably had it at the right speed and knew exactly what he was doing. Respray probably. Just heat it with a hairdryer and remove, simple as, won't sound like your car is on the verge of death either.

Don't like the look or sound of it, looks like it'd do more damage than good. Saying that, if it's used by all the bodyshops like they say, I'm sure it's fine. I'll stick to hairdryer and fingernails for now though...

Lewis was meant to race against Hoy in a man vs machine race, it was called off due to oil and dampness of the track from the previous day. Lewis had Sports Personality Of The Year to attend in Birmingham the same evening so guess that took priority. Was an awesome day still though, will definitely be going again next year.

I was 19 when I took out the policy, now 20. Paying £2200 with all mods declared, 0 NCB. Needless to say I'm hoping for a pretty big drop next year, thought it'd be fine paying this much but it's a LOT. I didn't know Norwich Union did Glanza insurance? Are you 100% sure they know what it is? That seems awfully cheap.

Not necessarily, stay at Bluewater unless kicked out. I just feel the chances are really high of that happening, so plan a convoy for if worst comes to worst. I remember when we got moved last time there was only a few of us left by the time we had actually asked each other if we fancied moving on somewhere else. Will just mean less disappointment if it happens.

As suggested before, I think we need to seriously consider a re-location point, the last 5-odd meets I've heard of that have been held there have all been stopped by security. Maybe inform everyone to head to Medstone in advance? Some people clear off as soon as security come along so if you tell people to convoy there if so, it'll go to plan.
