Hey Bobby! Welcome to the site. Your standard shocks will eventually get worn by using just lowering springs. A lot of owners here use this setup and it could last a few years or a few months. Low mileage would be a small advantage but when they go, they will go. Its because the original shocks are mismatched to the lowering spring, so basically wont work as they really should. But it would certainly be a good temporary fix until you can afford decent uprated shocks or coilovers. also 25mm tte springs can be used safely on the standard starlet shocks, as they were factory designed to f

Hey James This was mentioned a little while ago Shelf Im pretty sure that it wont, because the ep91 has the rear brakelight part and the ep82 shelf is more square. You would be a lot safer making your own, or getting an SR shelf which I have available (good nick) but its not spectacular soundwise and not 6x9. I made my own, its wood and lightweight, so soaks up the sound and wont add kgs to the car, does flop around a bit, but my car is hard as rock so cant do nowt bout it! ;) Peace Out J Z
