If u have a .7 spring and have a boost controller fitted and set it to boost at .4 it wont boost at that because u have a .7 spring in the wastegate. thats what he means by not being able to boost lower than that, It still builds up boost the same

Yeah thats right, as Rory said its really just the same as setting an actuator to 0.7

if u have a 0.7 bar spring u wont be able to set the boost lower than 0.7 (so low boost will always be 0.7) but u can turn the boost up with a boost controller, if you aint using a boost controller then u will only boost to 0.7 so what ever boost u want to run for low boost use that spring.

wepr stuff is top quality, had a td04 mani for about 2 years fitted like a glove never cracked, just got myself a gt28 mani and downpipe, looks awesome

thought id update this, a few months ago i took the spoiler off to see what it would look like, wasnt too keen so i put it back on lol, put the wheels of the glanza on and painted and fitted the spliter it looks so much better now. had to put a new exhaust on as the old one rusted away, its way to loud for my liking lol also had to put a new cluch in as the old one fooked up at crail. anyways heres a few pics,
