i done this in my integra, started it up then cleaned all the snow off it, went to open the door and it was locked, i got a metal coat hanger, bent it straight and pulled the door back a bit and used the coat hanger to put the window down.

x2 on that, I know someone who had a dc5 rocker cover powder coated, the insides were done, it started to peel off, all the bits that came off got stuck in the oil pick up and blocked it, ended up starving the engine of oil and fucked it.

I cut the end of the bush off, drilled holes in the rubber and then chapped out the bush with a hammer and punch

standard injectors should be fine, also whos mapping it? doesnt matter how much power it makes on the rollers, its how it goes that counts how does the car go?

well thought id better update this, the engine is all built up (apart from 2 shims) and in, Front suspention is all built up, wishbones all poly bushed, front arches all under sealed. Got myself a garrett gt28rs of ebay but turned out to to damaged when it got to me although the seller said it was fine when he sent it, anyways i got my money back for that, gona get a new one ordered sometime this week. Got my self a new ecu, got a DTA s40 pro standalone from a member on here, converted to coilpacks taking from a hyundai coupe, got a set of mickey thompson slicks, a stage 5 competition clutch. Still need to, connect the engine up, finish undersealing, fit rear axle poly bushes, rebuild the rear calipers and fit the rear ani rollbar and get some nitrous anyways heres alot of pics of the progress,

Im sure it would be fine, make sure you dont get any powdercoat on the inside tho.
