    run a vacuum pipe from the turbo to the bottom pipe on the wastegate, it will boost to whatever spring u have in the wastegate

    How long have u owned it? seems to me the previous owner ran the pipe with the filter on the end to hide the problem for selling it, did the pipe run to the bottom of the car?

    I got a £30 fine for having no water in my washer bottle lol, pulled me over for not having a front number plate, i told the guy to go and look at the front and you'll see a number plate, after that they checked everything on the car and thats all they found wrong with it.

    take the vacuum pipe off the dumpvalve and block it off with a bolt.

    i had 1.6 bar on a td04 with standard headbolts and it was fine for 2years, ill soon be trying 1.8 bar with arp headbolts in. As for the head stud route u need your headbolt holes in the block drilled out and re tapped and your head bolt holes in the head drilled out.

    Go for a set that have been tryed and tested, scat, pec, ect. also your just aswell putting in a set of forged pistons to go with the conrods.

    from what i can remember the pistons can only come out from the top so looks like the head will have to come off

    Id rub the whole wheel down with 400 grit including the lip use scotch brite on hard to get areas , any chips and scratches use some 180 then 240 then 400, etch prime any bear metal then prime the whole wheel, let it dry and rub down with 800 using water then paint and laquare.

    This ^^^^ but if your using rattle cans id rub the lip down alittle smoother than 180, maybe work your way to 400 grit.
