    did u put copper washers on the banjo bolt? u need them to seal it up properly, also sounds like u over tightened the bolt

    its to tension the cam gears, the head can b a wee bit noisy if u dont do it. u need 4 hands and alot of swearing lol, it doesnt need to turn that much, its hard going but it can b done

    if u take the rocker cover off, the exhaust cam gear is on the end of the exhaust cam, same with the inlet cam gear, its on the end of the inlet cam, you will see the timming marks on them gears.
