Try bolting the standard intercooler pipe back on and push the turbo back abit using the intercooler pipe

looks like u might need to rotate the turbo a wee bit

no bonnet pins for 4 years and its been fine, ive done alot of 1/4 miles and alot of spirited driving.

i also work in accident repair, just cuz it looks like its only the front of the chassis that damaged doesnt mean thats the only damage, it could be damaged further back, u NEED to put it on a jig to fix it. Kurt i think your on about the cross members on the micra, thats not part of the chassis, u dont need a jig to put a new one on.

x2 u cant just chop the chassis leg off and weld a new one on, u need to get it on a jig

x2 there a bit of a bastard to get off with out dropping them too, also make sure u take the allen key bolt out the side of the box, it has a ball and spring inside, take them out.

Yeah there the same as whats used on the seats, well mines are anyways

Awesome turbo kit there, just need to get urself a car now

Wee update time got a collection of parts waiting to get fitted, still waiting on my pistons and conrods tho, got myself some pro sport oil pressure and oil temp gauges, AEM wideband kit, Wepr gt28 manifold and downpipe full engine rebuild kit, new water pump, new oil pump and a new 3e flywheel to allow me to bolt on a 4e clutch. I also started to refurbish my TOM's wheels, ive only done one but i think it turned out awesome
